Our History

The name 3B's is a keepsake by owner Bill Snyder Jr in honor of his Father and grandfather. 

Born and raised in Flagler County. He began working in the concrete and swimming pool industry in 1998 with Jill. Bill and his father started 3B’s Custom Concrete, Inc., November 13, 2003. They built an excellent reputation. Over the years they installed and remodeled driveways, patios, pool decks, and sidewalks for homeowners and builders. 

Moved to Flagler County in 1988. She began working in the concrete and swimming pool industry in 1995. Working for the various swimming pool builders and home builders, allowed her to see the positives and negatives of their techniques. In October 2000, Jill acquired her Florida Certified Swimming Pool Contractor’s license CPC057220 and enjoyed building swimming pools directly for the homeowner. Let her put the woman’s touch on your project. 

Moved to Flagler County in 2008. She graduated from Matanzas in 2014 and began working at Sea Ray Boats. We are fortunate they shut down and she joined us in 2021. Desirea immediately showed us she is hardworking while learning everything that we can teach about concrete and pools. 

Born and raised in Flagler County. He has worked with Jill (Mother) since he was a teenager building swimming pools and installing concrete part-time. Joseph has his bachelor's degree in criminal justice and worked in various career paths. In March 2023, he decided to join the family business full-time. He has committed to continuing the 3B's quality concrete and pools . In November of 2023, Joseph acquired his Contractors license RB29003920. Through his license we have added custom homes and additions to our offerings. We look forward to building the 3B's name as a quality home builder.
